General IT Support

Arguably the most important component of an IT system is effective support for your staff and systems.

From day to day helpdesk to fault repair affecting your entire business – we provide friendly, local support for our clients.

For most of our clients, support is provided as part of a managed services agreement, integrated into a fixed monthly fee that is reviewed from time to time.
However, for clients that require support less often or that varies greatly in volume over time, we also offer ad-hoc support billed on an hourly rate basis.

Support can be provided remotely or on site based on the type of work required, current state of the system, response time required etc.
