Backup Support

Computer Talk has been providing support to our clients in the South East Melbourne region for over 10 years. So we understand the level of support that you require from us to keep things running smoothly.

We can provide over the phone support, Remote Assistance through the internet, or temporary loan computers if your system requires a visit to the workshop for repairs.

We understand that your data is extremely important and go through rigorous methods to backup your information while working on your systems - as well as securely deleting the backups when the job is done to protect your privacy.

WE RECCOMEND THAT ALL CLIENTS HAVE A BACKUP THAT IS RUN ON AT LEAST A WEEKLY SCHEDULE IF YOU HAVE ANY CRITICAL INFORMATION.
